Continental Favourites- a workshop


Continental food would refer to the kind of cuisine one associates with continental Europe. It's non spicy but flavourful because of the use of herbs and sauces.

At the Continental Favourites workshop, learn to roast a chicken with the works- a beautifully roasted chicken with bread stuffing, gravy, roast potatoes, and grilled vegetables.

Lasagna al forno or baked lasagna, shepherd's pie with its topping of mashed potatoes and a fish souffle are the other recipes that will be demonstrated at the workshop.

At Kottivakkam on February 16, from 10.30am onwards.
