Working the Weber grills at Currimbhoys-Adyar



It was quite a grilling session at Currimbhoys- Adyar Saturday last. The sound of traffic on a busy evening, curious passers by and shoppers peeping in did not deter eager participants from trying their hand at working the Weber grills. At the end of the two and a half hour workshop, these were the fruits of their labour:

Thai prawns on sticks with peanut sauce

Grilled baby potato and zucchini

Cheesy garlic bread

Grilled pomfret Malay style

Rosemary chicken sliders

Bbq chicken

But this one literally took the cake- a pineapple upside down. I've baked countless cakes over the years but if you ask me, this has to be the moist-est and the tastiest that has ever been baked, or should I say, grilled, to date.
