It was quite a grilling session at Currimbhoys- Adyar Saturday last. The sound of traffic on a busy evening, curious passers by and shoppers peeping in did not deter eager participants from trying their hand at working the Weber grills. At the end of the two and a half hour workshop, these were the fruits of their labour:
Thai prawns on sticks with peanut sauce |
Grilled baby potato and zucchini |
Cheesy garlic bread |
Grilled pomfret Malay style |
Rosemary chicken sliders |
Bbq chicken |
But this one literally took the cake- a pineapple upside down. I've baked countless cakes over the years but if you ask me, this has to be the moist-est and the tastiest that has ever been baked, or should I say, grilled, to date.
